I'm new to this
So here I am today finally using the blog that my daughter set up for me. Lucky for me it was connected to Google and it popped up.
I decided to do VeganMoFo so that made it convenient, I already have a blog set up and ready to go. If only I could figure out how to change the, uh, kind of self-aggrandizing name (The Marvelous Miss Judi). My daughter, sweetheart that she is, named it for me but I feel kind of weird calling myself that. Yeah, self-esteem issues, I have an abundance. If the blog name changes suddenly, you'll know I've figured it out. For the time being, I don't have any cutesy or cool name to change it to, so I am leaving it be.
I will be posting in the month of September for VeganMoFo. Yep, taking that step to finally commit to a plant-based lifestyle. I am very tired of being tired and having the pain from all of my old(ish) joints creaking, so I want to see how making a healthy lifestyle change will make me feel. Fun! I am a recipe and cookbook-collecting freak (yeah, you should see my Pinterest!) so I'll try to post pictures of stuff I eat. Well, at least the GOOD stuff and not the failures. I'll be honest with the failures but unless they're photogenic or hilarious, they won't be showing up.
Anyway, let's get going! Come on, everybody, here we go!
